A Few Ways of Disrupting the Ability to Protest

Some states are considering concerning limitations and punitive measures for what protests they will allow.

Pre-emptively disrupting protests? (http://azcapitoltimes.com/news/2017/02/22/arizona-senate-crackdown-on-protests/) Prohibiting wearing masks? (http://q13fox.com/…/missouri-lawmaker-wants-to-ban-masks-a…/) Making a strike/boycott illegal? (http://ktla.com/…/republican-lawmaker-proposes-creating-ne…/)

Isn’t it bad enough that everybody seems to be OK with law enforcement disrupting communication during protests? (http://www.cracked.com/personal-experiences-2418-the-standi… and http://www.huffingtonpost.com/…/fcc-investigates-stingray_b…, also (nearly two years old at this point): https://www.wired.com/…/feds-admit-stingrays-can-disrupt-c…/ and (nearly 6 years old) http://www.nbcnews.com/…/bart-keeps-cell-service-despite-…/…)

Where do we draw the line? And what actions will we be able to take once it’s been crossed?
